These Terms govern your use of RSVD (the "Service"), provided by RSVDUNLMTD, an unregistered sole individual operating under the trading name "RSVDUNLMTD" ("we", "us"). RSVD is operated by an individual in their personal capacity, not as a registered business entity. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
RSVD is a digital planner and journaling web application. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes within your selected plan.
You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction.

We own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, content, and branding. You retain rights to content you create in the Service; you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
RSVDUNLMTD is the seller and Merchant of Record for all orders placed through RSVD. Payments are processed securely on our behalf by Stripe Payments — we never see or store your full card details. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's End User Terms. Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout. Where required, we are responsible for charging and remitting any applicable taxes.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings. On termination, your data may be deleted as described in our Privacy Notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).
You will indemnify RSVDUNLMTD against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the individual operating RSVDUNLMTD resides. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless required otherwise by mandatory consumer law.
