We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all RSVD purchases. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
To request a refund, email us at support@rsvdmethod.com from the address you used at checkout, including your order/receipt details. We'll process the refund through our payment processor (Stripe) back to your original payment method.
Once approved, refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
